- Aug 13, 2018 I have recently started to have this same issue, and following the posted instructions on TV site yielded no positive results. Both laptop and desktop are running Mac OS 10.14.6. I have both Teamviewer app and Teamviewerdesktop approved in Full Disk Access. But I am still unable to control the remote computer.
- Also on that Mac once the non-company non version 11 is installed, that app just sits there saying 'No Connection, please check you Internet connection' or similar nonsense. I can do anything else on the Mac just fine. Also, I cannot find anywhere to get support on TeamViewer's page for licensed customers.
- Firdstly, you don't need an unattended password on the Mac unless you are going to control it from the Acer. It sounds to me like you are stuck in the installation. Are you sure you downloaded the full version of TeamViewer on the Mac? Id restart the Mac, redownload the full TV version.
